All the items featured on my website are MADE TO ORDER, I do not keep a stock of any of these items. LEAD/DELIVERY times are specified on each item page. Please bear these time scales in mind when ordering.

Cake toppers and orders over £20.00 are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery.
Card toppers, tree decorations, small cake toppers and orders under £20.00 are dispatched using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. I am willing to use Special delivery for these items as long as the buyer covers the extra cost.
PERSONALISED ITEMS - Please note that these items are exempt from the 14 day cooling off period as they are made to order and personalised to buyers specifications.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty - please contact me within 7 days of receipt and I will do my best to help you. NON-PERSONALISED ITEMS - If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will only be issued upon return of the item in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

To ensure you are COMPLETELY HAPPY with your topper I will email you pictures, ON REQUEST, before it is baked so if there are details that you are not happy with I can alter them.
